After participating in an accreditation survey, a medical organization sends the contact details of the leadership to be included in the chat of representatives of accredited medical organizations or enters by the following link

Stage №2

In order to increase transparency and quality of the accreditation service being carried out, it is of vital importance for the medical organization to fill out the following questionnaire (survey should be completed by 2/3 employees of the medical organization) – https://acqh.kz/obratnaya-svyaz-dlya-sotrudnikov-mediczinskoj-organizaczii/

Stage №3 - CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN

Based on the report on the results of the accreditation survey (sent after the completion of accreditation), it is necessary to send a signed corrective action plan no later than 30 days from the date of completion of accreditation
