Option №1 – searching a Chapter
If someone has already started filling out your “Chapter”, then just make a search. Очень внимательно – обращайте внимание на то, чтобы не было забито одной Главы два раза. Very carefully make sure that one Chapter is not entered twice.
Option №2 – creating a Chapter
If you are filling out the Chapter for the first time, create a new one. Button – “Conduct an external comprehensive assessment”
Option №2.1 – searching a surveyor
Write “Name of the clinic”, select “Application”, the period does not matter. Next, click on “Addition of the surveyor” (Green+ sign), then the type of care and the Section.
Option №2.2 – selecting a surveyor
Write in your IIN and click on the search icon. then click on “ОК”
