Forum on Quality — Aktobe 2024
This year, the Center for Accreditation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Aktobe Medical Center are joining forces to organize a landmark forum dedicated to the simultaneous celebration of their landmark anniversaries. The forum is scheduled for February 14, 2024 in the city of Aktobe and promises to be a bright event in the history of Kazakhstan’s health care. Celebrating 15 years since its foundation, the Accreditation Center has established itself as a leading body in the field of improving the quality of medical services, expanding its activities outside of Kazakhstan. Today, the Center accredits medical organizations not only within the country, but also in such countries as Uzbekistan, Mongolia and Russia. International certification from ISQua emphasizes the international recognition and authority of the Center, making it a unique and unique leader in the CIS region. Aktobe Medical Center, celebrating its tenth anniversary, has established itself as one of the key medical organizations of the region, setting high standards in the field of quality and safety of medical care. Having passed accreditation twice and received the highest rating, the Center demonstrates its commitment to the improvement of medical services. The Accreditation Center conducts significant methodological work aimed at training the medical community of Kazakhstan on accreditation standards. In honor of the 15th anniversary of the accreditation system, local forums are planned in various cities of Kazakhstan to ensure wider coverage and coverage of urgent issues of quality and accreditation. The forum in Aktobe will be a meeting place for medical professionals from the Aktobe, Mangystau, West Kazakhstan and Atyrau regions. The event program includes an exchange of experience, a discussion about the latest standards in medicine, as well as a ceremonial awarding of medical organizations that have passed accreditation in 2023. A unique part of the program is practical training at the Aktobe Medical Center, where participants will be able to observe the implementation of accreditation standards in live clinical practice. The Accreditation Center and Aktobe Medical Center invite medical specialists to participate in the forum and celebrate these important dates together.

From November 24 to November 28, 2022, the Accreditation Center hosted a reception of the delegation of the Mongolian People’s Republic, consisting of representatives of the Presidential Clinic for Civil Servants of Mongolia, the Songdo Hospital and the standardization agency. During the visit, the delegates visited such advanced medical centers as the University Medical Center — Center for Motherhood and Childhood, the Republican Diagnostic Center, the National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center, as well as the Hospital for the Administration of the President, the private clinic «Astana Ecolife» and the international technopark «Astana HUB». During the tracers, advanced solutions of medical centers and procedures for fulfilling national accreditation standards were demonstrated. Since April 2020, the Mongolian People’s Republic has been studying quality standards for Kazakh medical organizations and implementing them in its activities.
